This example suggests a journey to allow the user to cancel a subscription they no longer need. It uses following solutions implemented natively in an example daily banking app:
In this journey, we begin on the transaction overview where a manageable subscription is highlighted for the user by placing a button on a subscription-related transaction. The button leads into the Cancel feature action flow, where the user is able to cancel their subscription. After the user has submitted the request to cancel, the transaction overview is updated with In-app messaging to show that their request is currently being processed. In addition, a push message is sent to the user once the cancellation has been completed.
