Identify user flows
A user flow is the path taken by a prototypical user within Minna's service to complete a task. The user flow takes them from their entry point through a set of steps towards a successful outcome of their action.
User flows

User is presented their subscription overview after transaction data is fetched and analysed by Minna

When a subscription associated with a multi service provider is identified, the user is asked to provide which service(s) she has for that service provider

If a user is missing a subscription when presented the subscription overview, she can manually add the subscription herself and it will be stored on the user profile

Users can ask to be reminded when a subscription is linked to a trial period or has binding period

Users can manually edit a subscription if she think information is displayed incorrectly

If Monitoring insights have been implemented, user can be notified when an already identified subscription changes price, or when new subscriptions are detected
